What should I include in a quotation request?
Model numbers and quantities, your country and delivery port, voltage and plug type, and any OEM, colour or tender requirements. A room list or tender document is also fine.
Which currencies and terms do you quote?
Quotations are normally in US dollars on FOB Shanghai or CIF terms to your port. Ask if you need another Incoterm.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Contact the export team to arrange a visit to the production base in Jiangsu or a meeting at the sales office in Shanghai.
