KL-TC035 Laundry Trolley — Dual Color-Coded Linen Bags with Two Size Options for Hospital Infection Control

The KL-TC035 laundry trolley introduces structured color-coded segregation to linen collection, addressing the infection control requirement that different categories of laundry — such as general soiled linen and infectious or hazardous material — be kept separate from collection through to laundry processing. By providing two distinctly colored bags (blue and yellow) with matching lids mounted side by side in one trolley frame, the KL-TC035 allows nursing and housekeeping staff to segregate at source, at the point of collection, without maintaining two separate trolleys.

The larger double-bag configuration (870 × 620 × 900 mm) holds both blue and yellow bags simultaneously on the same frame, making it ideal for high-volume wards or hotel floors where sorting into two streams during a single round is most efficient. The smaller single-bag configuration (620 × 560 × 900 mm) is a compact version carrying one bag, suited to smaller rooms, side rooms or departments with lower linen volumes.

The stainless steel frame provides structural strength across both configurations, and the water-resistant bag materials support easy surface cleaning and resistance to moisture from damp linen. The lidded bag design ensures that during transit to the laundry room, odors are contained and the risk of cross-contamination from open bags is reduced. 360° swivel casters roll smoothly on hospital floors, providing the maneuverability needed to work around beds and furniture during linen rounds.
