The KL-TC075 stainless steel gauze can is the workhorse container of the clinical supply room, dressing trolley and treatment room. Designed to store gauze pads, cotton balls, swabs and similar sterile or clean supplies in a sealed, hygienic environment between uses, the gauze can prevents airborne contamination of supplies that will directly contact patient wounds and skin.
Premium stainless steel construction makes the KL-TC075 suitable for sterilization by autoclave, ethylene oxide or other standard clinical sterilization methods — unlike plastic containers, which may not withstand repeated autoclave cycles. The smooth, non-porous interior surface does not retain bacteria or chemical residues from sterilization agents, and the polished exterior wipes clean rapidly with disinfectant solutions. Rounded lid edges and smooth can walls reduce the risk of snagging surgical gloves during rapid supply retrieval.
Six size variants ranging from Φ80 mm (suitable for a small quantity of swabs on a dressing trolley) to Φ160 mm (suitable for larger gauze pads in a treatment room) allow clinical staff and procurement teams to select the right capacity for each clinical application. A coordinated set of KL-TC075 cans in different sizes can organize an entire dressing trolley top, keeping each supply type in its own appropriately sized, lidded container.

The KL-TC075 is used on dressing trolleys, treatment room instrument surfaces, operating theatre back tables, wound care stations, clinical procedure rooms and outpatient treatment areas. It is the standard container for storing gauze pads, cotton balls, alcohol swabs, sterile dressings and similar consumables that must be kept clean and protected from contamination until point of use.
The KL-TC075 is used to store and protect clinical consumables — gauze, cotton, swabs, dressings and similar supplies — in a sealed, clean environment between uses. The lidded stainless steel construction prevents contamination and supports the infection control requirements of clinical wound care, procedure and treatment workflows.
The KL-TC075 is available in six sizes: Φ80×80 mm, Φ90×90 mm, Φ100×100 mm, Φ120×120 mm, Φ141×126 mm and Φ160×154 mm. The smallest is suited to individual swab storage on a dressing trolley; the largest accommodates larger gauze pads for treatment room or ward storage.
Yes. Stainless steel is fully compatible with autoclave sterilization, and the KL-TC075's premium stainless steel construction is designed to withstand repeated high-temperature sterilization cycles without deformation or surface degradation. This makes it suitable for pre-loading sterile supplies directly into the can, which is then sterilized with contents in place.
