KL-MS007 Plastic Shovel Stretcher — ≤159 kg Split Scoop with Three Quick-Release Straps

The KL-MS007 plastic shovel stretcher is engineered for rapid, low-movement patient pick-up in ambulance response, emergency rescue and in-hospital transfer. The high-quality plastic body — waterproof, stain-resistant and straightforward to disinfect — delivers the smooth, rigid surface required for controlled patient lifting while resisting the fluid contamination typical of trauma scenes. A bright yellow color makes the stretcher immediately visible in emergency environments.

The two-piece split structure separates at both ends, allowing each half to be slid under the supine patient independently before being rejoined with durable metal locking parts. This approach minimises lateral patient movement compared to rolling techniques, making it a preferred tool when cervical or spinal injury is suspected. Once assembled, the 1620 mm surface provides full-body support for adult patients across a load capacity of ≤159 kg.

Patient security is managed by three adjustable safety straps with quick-release buckles — one across the chest, one at the waist and one at the thighs — that can be fastened and released with one hand.
