Where manual trolleys require caregiver physical effort for height adjustment and patient slide, the KL-PT007 automates both operations — electric height adjustment aligns the vehicle to the target surface with a button press, and the 480 mm moving plate traverse slides the patient horizontally between surfaces without manual lifting or pulling. This directly reduces the musculoskeletal injury risk to caregivers during the repetitive high-force transfer tasks that account for a significant proportion of nursing staff injury claims.

The dual accumulator system — (12V, 20Ah) × 2 — provides sufficient battery capacity for multiple transfers per charge cycle, decoupling the vehicle from mains power during in-corridor and inter-departmental use. The charging environment range of 0–45°C and discharging range of -20–45°C confirm operability in the full range of internal hospital conditions including basement storage areas and external covered loading bays.
