DFX-23C-I
Electric Suction Machine
- Power supply220 V ±10% 50 Hz ±2%
- Free air flow≥40 L/min
The DFX-23D-I electric suction machine bridges the gap between bedside portable units and fixed ward aspirators. Built on the same ≥40 L/min airflow and 0.013–0.09 MPa vacuum platform as other DFX-23C/D-series models, it adds an integrated carry handle to the one-piece all-plastic enclosure, making the unit straightforwardly portable for transport between beds, rooms or clinical stations that do not have dedicated suction pipeline access.
Dual 2×2500 ml glass collection bottles offer 5 L combined capacity with the hygiene and chemical resistance benefits of glass, supporting autoclave sterilization between procedures. The maintenance-free oil-free piston pump requires no lubrication servicing, and the built-in overflow protection mechanism prevents fluid ingress into the pump assembly if either bottle fills during a procedure. Both hand switch and foot switch controls are included for hands-free sterile technique capability.
The caster-mounted base provides ward-level mobility for routine repositioning, while the carry handle allows staff to lift and carry the unit when stairways, vehicles or non-caster-accessible surfaces are involved. The all-plastic one-piece enclosure simplifies surface decontamination after transport through potentially contaminated areas.
top-mounted handle on the plastic enclosure enables straightforward lifting and transport between clinical locations.
adequate suction rate for effective aspiration of sputum and body fluids in ward and surgical settings.
wide negative pressure range for different secretion types and patient clinical needs.
5 L total collection capacity with autoclavable glass for sterilization between uses.
seamless surface for straightforward decontamination following inter-department transport.
dual controls for hands-free sterile suction activation in operative settings.
dual mobility options for ward repositioning and full-unit transport.

The DFX-23D-I is suited to hospital general and surgical wards, operating rooms, emergency departments, outpatient procedure rooms and any clinical environment where the suction unit needs to move between multiple locations during a shift — including between departments, across floors (carried) or between bedside positions (casters). The glass bottle configuration supports high-infection-risk procedure environments.
The DFX-23D-I is a portable carry-handle electric aspirator for aspirating sputum, blood and viscous secretions in hospital wards, operating rooms and mobile clinical settings. Its integrated carry handle makes it suitable for transport between clinical areas where a caster-only mobile unit would be impractical.
The DFX-23D-I shares the ≥40 L/min flow, vacuum range, 2×2500 ml glass bottles and 400 VA power of the DFX-23C-I and DFX-23C-V. Its defining feature is the integrated carry handle on the one-piece plastic enclosure, enabling full unit transport by a single operator beyond the range of the caster base.
The DFX-23D-I uses two 2500 ml glass bottles (5 L total). Glass bottles can be autoclaved for sterilization between procedures, making them appropriate for use in operating rooms and high infection-risk clinical environments where plastic vessels may not meet sterilization requirements.
