Operating theatre equipment package
Everything a general operating room needs above and around the patient, specified as one coordinated order: lighting, positioning, ceiling supply, suction and instrument handling.
A new or refurbished operating theatre is usually bought from four or five suppliers, and the coordination between them is where projects slip: the lamp's ceiling plate clashes with the pendant, the table's height range does not suit the light's working distance, the anaesthesia pendant arrives with the wrong gas outlets for the country. This package removes that risk by specifying the core OR equipment from one catalogue and one factory, so ceiling loads, mounting plates, voltages and outlet standards are confirmed together before production.

What to settle before the order goes into production.
Ceiling structure comes first
Ceiling lights and pendants hang from a steel structure above the false ceiling. Send us the slab-to-floor height and the false ceiling height early; Keling surgical lights are specified for installation heights of about 2.7–3.2 m, and the mounting tube length is cut to suit. Pendant arm reach and the lamp spring arms need to be drawn on one plan so they do not collide when both swing over the table.
Match the table to the light
A working distance of roughly 70–140 cm between the dome and the wound is typical for LED surgical lights. Check that the table height range, plus patient thickness, sits inside that window for the procedures you plan. Tables with a carbon fibre or radiolucent top are worth the difference if C-arm imaging is used.
Agree outlet standards before production
Medical gas outlets (DIN, BS, AFNOR, NF or Ohmeda/DISS types), electrical sockets and data ports differ by country. Confirm the standard, count and position for each pendant in writing; they are built to order.
Plan the suction and the backup light
A mobile suction unit and a mobile LED light give the team a fallback during a power or pipeline fault, and let the room run minor procedures before the ceiling installation is commissioned.

- Step 5Packing and shipping. Export packing, packing list with dimensions, and shipping documents for customs.

Which surgical light is best for laparoscopic surgery?
Choose a light with an independently controlled endo (minimally invasive) mode, such as the KL-LED-STZ4, which drops to 10,000 lux for camera work without switching off the main dome.
What information do you need to quote an OR package?
The number of rooms, ceiling heights, the procedures planned, the gas outlet standard, voltage and frequency, and the delivery port. A floor plan helps us check light and pendant positions.
