Composite Manual Medical Pendant

The KL-T7100 manual medical pendant is a ceiling-mounted supply system designed to serve three of the most demanding clinical environments: clean laminar-flow operating rooms, general operating rooms and intensive care units. By routing all utilities — medical gases, electrical power, data connectivity and instrument lines — to a single, organized control board on the pendant column, it eliminates floor-level cable clutter, reduces trip hazards and keeps the sterile zone free of obstructions. Trays and a storage drawer allow monitors, infusion pumps and lightweight medical machines to be positioned at the point of care without additional stands.
The cabinet housing is formed from imported high-strength aluminium alloy using a patented one-piece extrusion process, delivering exceptional rigidity while keeping the overall pendant lightweight. The anodized surface is smooth and easy to wipe down with clinical disinfectants. The aluminum tray features a molded non-slip texture to prevent instruments from sliding during lateral repositioning.
Horizontal rotation uses a mechanical friction damping brake: the arm can be swung to any angle around the vertical axis, then held precisely in position without drift. German standard gas terminals are specified for all gas connections, with a service life rated at over 20,000 insertion and pull-out cycles. Independent routing of gas, power and communication lines in separate channels prevents electrical interference and simplifies maintenance access.

The KL-T7100 manual medical pendant is deployed in clean and general operating rooms where a reliable, organized supply column is required without motorized lift, and in ICU rooms where bedside utility management, gas supply and monitoring equipment placement are critical. It also suits recovery rooms and procedure rooms where ceiling-mounted supply reduces floor clutter.
The KL-T7100 is a ceiling-mounted pendant that delivers medical gases, electrical power and data connectivity to the surgical or clinical workspace in clean ORs, general ORs and ICUs. Its centralized control board keeps all utilities organized at the point of care, and the adjustable tray and drawer allow medical equipment to be supported directly on the pendant.
The standard configuration provides four power outlets, one internet outlet, one oxygen outlet, one compressed air outlet and one suction gas outlet, all via German standard terminals. Additional gas types are available as optional configurations.
A mechanical friction damping brake holds the horizontal arm at the selected angle without drift. The brake is engaged automatically when the arm stops rotating, keeping the pendant precisely where it was placed until intentionally repositioned.
